5. A Note on Our Services (The Clintrue Platform)

This Privacy Policy for our website is separate from our core Services.

Our Clintrue platform provides a canonical and semantic engine to unify and analyze health data. Our Services are designed to ingest, standardize, and process massive, petabyte-scale datasets from publicly available sources, such as the National Institutes of Health (NIH) data ecosystem, ClinicalTrials.gov, and PubMed. The purpose of our Services is to create analysis-ready data assets for our commercial partners, such as pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and health-tech developers, to accelerate research and development.

The processing of this "Service Data" is governed by our agreements with our customers and is not covered by this website Privacy Policy.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect the personal information you provide via this Site. However, no electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Site is not intended for or directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy will indicate when revisions were made. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
